What we've been up to...

My boys just keep growing up way to quickly! From bottom to top this is a little of what we've been up to this last month or so....

Danny turned two and we had a Toy Story themed party... he loves Woody and Buzz.

Jimmer is now 5 months old! And the smiliest and most talkative happy baby ever!

Ty loves his preschool he goes to 3 days a week for 3 hours... he brings home the cutest crafts and is learning so much.

We got pets! Well... thanks to a very creative White Elephant gift we brought fish home and this is where Danny spends the majority of the morning just watching the fish... its cute.

We took a trip back home to Cali for Thanksgiving and brought the Schrievers with us! Weather wasn't great... lots of rain... but we still had lots of fun playing in the Redwoods and at the beach.

That's been our crazy life these last few weeks... still getting the house put together... much harder to do that with 3 little guys taking all my time... one thing at a time! I'll get some pictures of the house and post them soon.

Updates for Grandma

I have been so terrible about blogging and about reading other peoples blogs... why didn't anyone tell me that the third baby puts you a bit over the edge! I know this is the only way my parents can see updates on the little guys so I really need to get better.

Jimmer is starting to get some personality and it's been fun to see. He still likes to sleep a lot... during the day... wish it were that way at night! But he is a good baby and gets lots of hugs and kisses through out the day from his brothers. We are feeling pretty crammed in our town home and are building a new home that should be finished in October... yeah! and my sister who has been living with us for the past year will be moving out soon. ... it will be nice to have some room and a yard for these kiddos!

Baby Jimmer Thomas Pearson

Little Jimmer has arrived. He came 3 1/2 weeks early but still weighed 7.1 0z and was 20 inches long. ...and most importantly he is totally healthy. I didn't have to repeat a c-secton which was awesome and what I was hoping for... Drew was hoping as well... saved us lots of $$. The boys love him... so far. Especially Danny... can't give the baby enough kisses... and has almost toppled him over in the swing a few times :).

This experience was SO different than it was with Danny. It all started with my water breaking around 8:30 at night on the 3rd while, I was giving the boys a bath. We got to the hospital at 10:00 and I had only one contraction in the car on the way over. Walked into Labor and Delivery totally calm telling them I was fine, no pain. So they took us to a room and wanted to make sure my water really did break. No one came to see us for about an hour... Like I said I was feeling fine so they weren't to worried about us. I had two contractions in that hour.... and then they hit like the fireworks on this fourth of July. I was a 4 when I went in and I went from a 4 to a 10 in a hour. I can't even explain how much pain I was in!!! I was screaming at the top of my lungs at Drew and everyone in the room. "I want an epidural!!" "How do women do this.... I don't want to do this!!" "Drew we aren't having anymore kids!" ... These were just a few Drew reminds me of. They didn't realize how fast I was progressing and they had to get some lab results on my kidneys and liver because of my high protein levels before they could give me an epidural.

While I was hunched over getting my epidural I started screaming that I wanted to push... they hurried and checked me when he was through and the nurse yelled "she's 100 percent get her midwife here!" ... she was on her way to the hospital at this point. She got there and although he was posterior like Danny was he arrived safe and sound. It all happened so fast and so painfully! I really don't know how woman do it with out drugs!! Must be strong woman.

Anyways he is here and I am so happy! So far we think he looks a lot like Drew's dad. He's not a great eater which has been hard and he has a little Jaundice that we are dealing with. But we love him in our family and so happy to have these three little boys in my life!

We took the boys out on the lake last night... might be my last chance to get out on the lake before this baby comes! We had a great time and I loved seeing my boys out on the water. Danny on the EZ ski and perfectly content just sitting there and then Ty getting on the ski! He did so great no tears or anything. Except we couldn't get him to actually stand up... he was squatted like this the entire time... till we stopped the boat... what a little stud. So proud of my boys!

My good camera died this week... was pulled off the counter. So the photos aren't to great, but we do what we can... $200.00 to fix my camera!!! Ughhh..... and Drew is not going to be willing to pay it I just know it! I might be calling to borrow a camera when this baby comes!
