We just got back from an awesome trip to Disneyland where we took Ty and Danny for the first time. ( I have been craving Disneyland ever since Drew and I went with my sisters last year. ) Ty was in heaven the entire time and couldn't get enough of all the rides, "I want more!!" after every ride. He was even begging us to take him on California Scream-in... and if he could have gone on it he would have loved it. Instead we found a roller coaster in Toon Town that satisfied his need for speed. His favorites were Mickey's Fun Wheel, Buzz Light Year, ... well okay I can't name them... he seriously was elated with every ride... oh except Pirates of the Caribbean he kept his hands over his eyes almost the entire time and would peek through his fingers... it was so funny
We went with our friend Marie and Drew's brother and his wife and family. ...They are Disney season pass holders and were the best people to go with... they had Disneyland down and Preston would get on his phone to check how long lines were on different rides... it was awesome. And it was so nice to be able to take turns watching each others kids so we could enjoy the "big kid" rides ourselves.
Danny was awesome. Totally entertained by everything... especially the strap on his hat that he loved to chew. And lucky for us he is still young enough to fall asleep in your arms when he's ready for a nap.
By the end of the trip Ty was exhausted. So fun... I would love to do this every year... I am Disneyland addicted!

How fun! We are taking our girls this summer and I know they are going to love it! We just started potty training Ava...so much work, way to go Ty!

That sounds like so much fun! Disneyland is probably so much more fun when you see how much your kids can enjoy it!
I am so so so jealous! Spencer and I were just talking the other day how we need to get Jaxson back before the magic is gone! I am thinking next summer! I am a Disneyland addict as well! I love it and it is even more magical when you take your own kids! I cried when we took Jaxson, just watching his expressions! I couldn't get over it!! I am so glad you guys had fun!!
what a fun trip!!! Looks like everyone had a blast. I'm glad Ty enjoyed all the rides and that Danny was such a trooper! We'll have to go with you guys maybe next summer!
